Timken? grease guns have been developed to provide consistent pressure for even application even in the most demanding settings. The units have been constructed of durable cast iron, a definite improvement over pot metal or die cast heads. They offer a head burst pressure of 17,000 psi (1,200) bar, and offer 0.1 oz. (3 g) per stroke with 7,100 psi (490 Bar) counter pressure. The heavy duty barrel has been constructed of durable knurled steel, and is fitted with large threads to accommodate swift and easy loading.

Unit can be used with standard 14 oz (400 g) Timken bulk grease cartridges. Additional features of the unit includes sturdy springs and durable beveled rubber follower with a locking follower rod, curved outlet pipe and a ball check coupler with hardened jaws. It has a durable baked enamel finish.
